An Indian cement company has recently placed an order for a D4 Apron Plate Feeder, 750 Series Primary Sizer and a 625 Series Secondary Sizer to process limestone.

Limestone Material

A hopper surrounding the plate feeder will receive the ROM material (Max. 1 Metre), by truck dump directly from the mine. The variable speed D4 Apron Plate Feeder is to deliver a regulated flow of approximately 600TPH of material into the Primary Sizer, which then processes the material and drops it onto a belt conveyor leading to the Secondary Sizer. An 80mm nominal product will be produced from the Secondary Sizer which is an ideal size for further processing at the plant.
